Recruitment task and behavioural assessment
The next step is a recruitment task and a short behavioural assessment. This step’s goal is to confirm your skillset and check if our values align.
Meeting with the manager
During the call with your potential manager you will go into detail about your duties, tasks and projects.
Checking references and offer
Once we check your references, we’ll reach out to you with our decision as soon as possible.
